Dave is first and foremost a patient and understanding instructor. Learning to drive can often feel overwhelming but Dave’s ability to adapt to my individual learning style and break down processes into digestible steps took away most of my anxiety. His friendly and supportive demeanour always made me feel comfortable to make and learn from my mistakes. Consequently I often left lessons feeling increasingly confident in my progress. It didn’t take long for him to pick up on my weaker points, able to clearly communicate to me where I was going wrong and always giving helpful, constructive feedback. Dave has a great balance between an experienced instructor who can give you honest critique, and a nice guy who eases insecurity around driving. Overall, he has made my learning experience an incredibly positive one.
